NJ Purchasing Alliance Co-Op Bid #18-68, Resolution # 118-19

Government procurement specialists are held to strict standards when purchasing goods and services. To prevent fraud, waste, and corruption, laws usually require the procuring authority to issue public tenders if the value of the procurement exceeds a certain threshold. Purchasing drone equipment and drone services typically requires public tender and can be complicated and time consuming. To simplify the buying process, municipalities, boards of education, public universities, and other public entities can join a purchasing alliance, such as The New Jersey Cooperative Purchasing Alliance, and can purchase commodities and services from vendors that are under contract. Joining The New Jersey Cooperative Purchasing Alliance can minimize the total cost of purchasing and speed up the procurement process. There is no cost to join.

In June of 2019, Terrestrial Imaging, LLC was awarded the New Jersey Co-Op Bid #18-68, Resolution # 118-19. If you are a member of The New Jersey Cooperative Purchasing Alliance you can purchase drone related equipment using the awarded discounted bid prices. If you are not a member of the New Jersey Cooperative Purchasing Alliance and would like to purchase at the discounted bid prices, you can join the alliance. There is no cost for municipalities, boards of education, public universities, and other public purchasing entities to join the New Jersey Cooperative Purchasing Alliance.
